Considering how unpopular McCain is now, getting primaried is a legitimate threat for him. My tentative prediction is that if McCain survives the primary, he'll win re-election, but if he gets primaried, Democrats will have a real chance. It could be like Indiana in 2012.

If McCain wins the primary, this race is at least Likely R. If he loses, then it's Lean R or Toss-up.
