She won't pick a cabinet made up of sitting Senators or Governors. That just doesn't happen. She will pick close aides, bureaucrats, and think tank figures.

Expect people like Cheryl Mills, etc.

I see Dick Gephardt as Labor Secretary. Tough, the labor unions love and respect him. Either Jane Harman or Joe Biden as Secretary of State.
Harman is a shoe in for Sec. of Homeland Security. Wendy Sherman for State perhaps?

I don't know about the rest, but Webb will be Defense Secretary

Highly unlikely, since he's a big critic of Obama/Clinton foreign policy.

I don't know, I've heard some things Wink

Like I said, less Senators, more Wendy Shermans, Huma Abdeins, Joel Kleins, and Shaun Donovans.

Non elected politician.  The likely Secretary of Defence
William Harry McRaven (born November 6, 1955) is a retired United States Navy admiral who last served as the ninth commander of the United States Special Operations Command from August 8, 2011, to August 28, 2014. He previously served from June 13, 2008, to August 2011 as Commander, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)[2] and from June 2006 to March 2008 as Commander, Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR).[2]
The Secretary of Defense must be retired from the military for ten years.

Thanks. Learn something new...
Maybe Secretary of State then.
Maybe National Security Advisor?
