Voting will last 24 hours at least (I must say I have quite rather surprised by the results)

Glasgow vs Rome
Vienna vs Napoli

Glasgow Roma
Napoli

EDIT: Sorry about the change, given how much I've seen of both Rome and Glasgow...this one was hard. In the end, I cannot forget the church of dead monks plastered over walls, or the Trevi fountain, or the odd pleasure of getting drinking water out of the fountains.

Napoli however wins by cultural override.

Glasgow and Napoli.

Vienna a wonderful semifinalist but can't go against the familial hometown.

Glasgow and Napoli sounds more like nominations for most crime ridden city in Western Europe. Wink

(although I know they are not)

Why wasn't Rome vs. Paris the final? It's pretty much the only acceptable final.

Rome
Vienna

Rome

Because Paris is such a rude, charmless and overcrowded place
