Actually, I remember watching the documentary Jesus Camp and there was a scene where the homeschooled kids recited an alternative version of the pledge of allegiance to the American flag, the Israeli flag and "the Christian flag." The last one was this one that is found in some American Protestant churches:

As an aside, this is a big pet peeve of mine about Evangelicals. The ridiculously over the top Israel love is annoying, bad theology (the resurrection is a thing guys! ), and ignores all the Arab Christians who have been screwed by all sides for the last few decades.

The uniquely American phenomenon of anti-Semitic Zionism is bizarre.

Yes, the people who espouse this stuff, usually Southerners, are pretty much the last people you would think would be particularly welcoming of actual Jews. I've always been skeptical of the apocalypse-precipitating explaination of this phenomenon but it is otherwise inexplicable.

Well, that's the point. They don't want Jews to live in their own communities. They want them to move to the Israeli frontier and be shot at by Muslims for sake of hastening Christ's return.
