Maybe it would not be the worst idea to let the thread be opened by the moderator of the debate?

Anyway, Mr. RPryorr has expressed that he wants to moderate the debate. I would be open to him as moderator, would you as well?

Also, since Governor Varavour has talked about the possibility of a debate for the Council Election, maybe Mr. RPryor could moderate this one as well, possibly in the same thread? (I don't expect there to be so much interest in any of the two debates, so we could hold one great "Pacific February Debate"?)
