No, his wife has health challenges,  a younger generation, who survived in 2016, will run, Portman or Rubio.

He'll be too old, and have been out of office too long. Senators elected in 2010 will be able to run for the White House without worrying about what it does to their reelection plans. GOP leaders elected in 2014 will be considered more conventionally qualified. Given the strength of the 2016 field, it's also likely that at least one runner-up will be able to launch a credible bid.

There's a pretty big difference between being 73 at the start of your second term and at the start of your first term...

It would be hypocritical if someone said Romney was too old in 2016.

He'll probably be the chairman of the 2024 Boston Olympics at that point. Which, in all honesty, would be a perfect fit for him. He could also run the IOC. There are plenty of things he could do within that world.
