Cuomo because he'd probably just vote the party line if he was in the Senate. For an executive role he's horrendous but for a legislative one he's basically generic D.

BRTD is correct. Cuomo would basically just vote exactly like Chuck Schumer as a U.S. Senator, which is not amazing, but overall pretty good.

I despise the Confederacy and wish but I'd happily vote for McDaniel in this race.  He's pro-life and seems to support a more restrained foreign policy, it's hard to find Republicans who combine the two.
