In this initial round three flags are to be eliminated. Voting is to be distributed over seven flags in a 3-2-2-1-1-1-1 format. The three flags with the highest number of the votes at the end of the round will be eliminated.

This round follows the format of the five previous rounds. Three flags will be eliminated and voting will be done in a 3-2-2-1-1-1-1 manner. However, in this round a -2 vote will be included to take away from other voting tallies for any flag you wish to save. The three flags with the most positive votes at the end of this round will be eliminated. Any flag found with a negative total will be saved and excluded from voting for at least the next two - probably three - rounds (depending on numbers).
