Yeah, that is why I tend to this is was the act of some outside force and not the Kirchner administration. Iranian intelligence perhaps?

You're under the impression they want their corruption hidden.

The goal isn't to cover up what they did so much as it is to ensure that even if everyone knows, no one will dare to come after them for it again.

Argentina's government is, and always will be, theatre. I will never truly understand it, but the core, I think, is that everyone just chooses to ignore reality in favour of drama.
