Yeah, that is why I tend to this is was the act of some outside force and not the Kirchner administration. Iranian intelligence perhaps?

You're under the impression they want their corruption hidden.

The goal isn't to cover up what they did so much as it is to ensure that even if everyone knows, no one will dare to come after them for it again.
