LRA main supporters have been the (north) Sudanese government, their recruits are kidnapped children.
ISIS have 20 000 foreign volunteers fighting on their side, they receive private donations from the Gulf countries, Turkey have de facto supported them by looking the other way, while volunteers and arms move across the border one way and goods the other ways. They have received broad support in the northern Sunni territories in Iraq and in the tribal east of Syria. They also had broad support in south western Sunni areas when they was Islamic State in Iraq, but they alienated the local tribes, which is why they haven't received support there this time around.

No they're not LRA, and the comparison take a high degree of willful blindness.

Of course this may have cost them support in Jordan, where they also had some support in the tribal east, but as the pilot was member of one of the tribes there and the tribes are closely connected and allied with the Jordanian royal family, this may break any support for ISIS in Jordan.
