I'm actually going to say no if you mean against Hillary.  Nominating a woman for the VP slot sends exactly the wrong message when the other team has a woman running for the top slot.  I do think it would be greatly in their interest to also nominate a woman for president if running against Hillary.  That looks unlikely, though.
