I take Metro North Harlam Line to and from work to Scarsdale.  I would not take this train since it goes to Chappaqua which is further north and skips Scasrdale.  I know exactly where the accident took place as I eat at an Indian restaurant once in a while that has a view of the street cross with the Metro North train tracks.

It's worth noting that often when something like this happens, someone is usually trying commit suicide (or lost a bet). Saying this was the result of "bad driving" is incredibly naive.
