Can't Lumine just hand a pardon?

I don't believe we have any discretion in whether or not to hear a trial. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. If the Justice department wishes to proceed with this despite the concerns raised we will assign a justice to preside.

Wouldn't this case fall under Pacific jurisdiction? Tyrion was registered in the Pacific, so the offense would have been committed there and thus should be heard in the Pacific courts.

Unless the Justice department decides otherwise and the President changes his mind, we'll have to go ahead and hear this case. We'll assign a presiding justice.

Did the justice not see my question?

Guys, can we use Supreme Court discussion thread to avoid cluttering case thread?

This is a critical issue of jurisdiction. I do not believe the Supreme Court has primary jurisdiction in regards to this case.
