This poll was taken from Jan. 22 - Feb. 3, so Romney dropped out in the middle of the poll, and they reallocated his support based on second choice preferences.  The fact that the poll began as far back as Jan. 22 means that it might not include the full effect of "Walker-mania" that we've been seeing in other polls from the past week.

fav/unfav % among Dems:

Clinton 83/9% for +74%
Warren 61/17% for +44%
Sanders 44/10% for +34%
Biden 53/30% for +23%
Cuomo 34/24% for +10%
O'Malley 11/6% for +5%
Webb 9/9% for +/-0

fav/unfav % among Republicans:

Walker 39/9% for +30%
Paul 53/27% for +26%
Rubio 41/17% for +24%
Carson 30/9% for +21%
Bush 47/33% for +14%
Huckabee 45/31% for +14%
Cruz 37/24% for +13%
Jindal 29/19% for +10%
Bolton 24/15% for +9%
Perry 42/34% for +8%
Christie 41/36% for +5%
Fiorina 15/13% for +2%
Kasich 15/16% for -1%
Santorum 29/34% for -5%
Pataki 17/30% for -13%
King 9/23% for -14%
Trump 19/69% for -50%

Biden still has pretty anemic favorability numbers among Democrats, given that he's the sitting VP.  Meanwhile, New Hampshire Republicans are down on an awfully large number of their candidates.  You'd think that a state with a "moderate" Republican primary electorate would give better favorability numbers to Bush (+14) and Christie (+5), but I guess not.  Not a great sign for them.  Walker still has just ~50% name recognition, but is quite popular among those Republican voters who've heard of him.

Not that UNH is a great pollster, but this is consistent with everything else we've seen on the Dem side. I'm sure that won't stop the usual suspects from touting the Worst Pollster In America™ to push the "Hillary in trouble!11!!" narrative though.

As for the Republican side, looks like they caught the Walker momentum at the tail end of their field dates, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest. LMFAO @ Trump's favorability. If that's it among Republicans, is he in single digits among the overall electorate?
