I understand some of your concerns endorsing a relatively new member, but I think it's important for unity. No to the temp suspension.

That's correct.

It should be noted that our problem here is that the by-laws state -

However since you could arguably consider the "bumped" Convention thread to be a brand new one, it's easier to just move to suspend the rules entirely to clear up the ambiguity.

Ah, well then there must be a primary.
