Whether he sees enough of an opening between Jeb and Walker to actually take the plunge is still an open question, but make no mistake Kasich is very seriously exploring a run.

Imagine Scott Walker: a) allowed Medicaid expansion in his state; and b) had a noteworthy role in the Gingrich-era GOP House leadership (not as important, but fwiw).
