Why wouldn't he enjoy spaghetti, anyway?  You can't honestly say that you got to 300 lbs by only eating cheeseburgers, coke and weirdly extravagant desert cakes.  Lasagne is delicious.  See, it's not just the excessively wasteful consumption that's so frustrating; it's also the ridiculously bland lack of variety, and as someone who went 20 years without trying eggplant, that's saying something.  It just boggles the mind.

He's still eating pasta, store bought sauce and chili with Fritos. He's not even on a diet. None of those things are what you eat while dieting. The chili maybe only if it doesn't have beans or Fritos. You should never eat pasta. And store bought sauce, which is sin in itself, it always laced with added sugars.

He doesn't know where to begin dieting so I know this won't go anywhere. My post will be taken as an insult by him but I just wish he'd let me help. As someone who didn't need to lose weight but cut out all the processed stuff, I feel the best I've ever felt.

Well, given his pathetic walking distance, he's kind of already got a strike against him.

But food wise, I'll go with whenever he puts fritos in chili, which he is currently planning to do later this week.

Bump. Bushie said he would eat out twice each week, during his first week he did so three times. Burger King Burger on Wednesday, Mexican Food on Friday, (possibly Take-Out) Marco's Pizza on Saturday.

Actually, I have not voted, but the correct answer was 1 week, so Option 4, barely.  I explained my "excuse" in the Update.  It's not an excuse, but it's the best I've got.
