What grade would you give Carter's presidency in full perspective (both economic and foreign policy wise)?

C+

Camp David was good, and a lot of the crises that popped up at the end of his presidency were beyond his control, but we've certainly had better presidents.

C+.

Carter was a fine president during a terrible time. Had he been president during the 90's he would be celebrated as a great leader.

B, he made some good foreign policy decisions. The hostage situation wasn't even his fault anyway, and the economic situation was mostly the result of Nixon's disastrous price and wage freezes. Very underrated indeed, but still could've done better.

C+

Had very good aims in foreign policy, has to admired for that. Plus the only big US politician to become slighty in favour of Palenstine. However I always feel he was elected simply because he was anti-politics, much like Bush Jnr this isn't a good thing.

Also ed up on healthcare reform
