Of course, if today is opposite day, then he'd be eating a large cinnamon roll:

It's okay because he ate the strawberry slice that was a garnish on the side of the plate.

Yes, that or they would suspect he had become a homosexual, which is still illegal in Oklahoma I believe.

Gay Marriage is legal there, but only for people who aren't bushie and aren't related to Bushie.

Gentlemen, Thanks for the laughs the past few posts!

We just got back from supper.  Mexican food.  That was my only meal today other than a small cinnamon roll for breakfast.  Let the trumpets sound, along with the bugels, French horns, baritones, tubas, and the rest of the brass band.  Flutes are not allowed...

No problem! Glad that pointing out your morbid obesity and drastically shortened lifespan could get you a few chuckles. I thought it was only getting diabetes that would do that.

If Bushie hits 666 pounds, would that be the seventh trumpet, or would he only have to make it to 616?

I made it back to Tulsa early.  There's a little uncertainty in the weather in Oklahoma City the next couple of days, so I decided to play it safe and come on back home.  I will postpone my recruiter interview for a couple weeks.

For the record, one Cinnabon has 880 calories.

So Bushie... that's 1/3 of your recommended daily caloric intake in one cinnamon roll.

What will likely happen re: reaching 300 lbs is that Bushie will leave Update in a huff, and then two-three weeks later will try and casually mention it hoping nobody will notice.

I can see it now:

"The hiatus of Update is over for the time being. I have in fact gotten a job, at Wal-Mart.  It is not the management job that Bacon King wanted me to apply for, but it is a job nonetheless.  Despite my Tourette's, the interviewer seemed impressed with my communication skills and even offered me a job in human relations: right out front greeting the customers!  The starting pay for this job is $10/hr, with opportunities to move up the corporate ladder based on my performance.

As for the weight question, I'm sitting at 302.3 as of yesterday's weigh-in, which is down from the 310 a few weeks ago."

I did not have a Cinnabon.  I had a cinnamon roll from Braum's.  According to this website: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/en/nutrition-facts-calories/braums/2 - It was 460 calories for an entire roll.

That's still a lot of calories for a mere accoutrement of a meal.

I did not have a Cinnabon.  I had a cinnamon roll from Braum's.

That means about as much to me as the time I listened to a woman get all huffy in the middle of a deposition and clarify that she was not working as a stripper at the time her common-law husband was killed, but rather was a cocktail waitress at a strip club.

That could actually be a very important distinction for a patron of said strip club to know about.

The Braum's website suggests its 500 (largely empty) calories.

Well, Bushie had trans fat. That's a big no-no for a diet. Diet = RIP (again).

Bushie, what will motivate you to lose weight? Serious question, considering all of these have been tried at one time or another (by the forum as a whole) without success:

You being told you're going to die.
You being told you're going to get diabetes.
You electing to act like you are losing weight when you're not, in hopes of that motivating you to actually lose weight so you don't feel guilty about lying.
Promises that you would look less ugly if you weren't so fat
Insulting you for not dieting/exercising well enough, or demanding more effort from you.

^^^^
It's been a few days since we had any dinner updates, so I assume the "diet" is RIP.

The diet is not RIP, although it is on a break for the next 72 hours.  I will resume it when I get back to Tulsa Monday evening.

So it's only in effect when you're within the Tulsa city limits?

Convenient considering that Papa is about to cut him off and send him back to the train room.

Possible title for next season: "Back to the Train Room."
