I approve of this amendment; a vote is appropriate in such a circumstances rather than removing them automatically. It's obvious who this would be applied to in the current assembly. Does any one have an explanation for CrabCake's absence? If CrabCake himself could give some answers that would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about this one. There have been times such as when the Speaker is the one who has been gone, or no one has put forward any new bills, when the entire assembly would have been impeached under this.

It would be up to a vote, so a situation where everyone is eligible to be removed due to of a lack of bills could never happen because people would start posting again if someone brought up an attempt to have an assembly member removed.
There are other measures for removing a speaker.

It's not ideal but I think it is better than the status quo.

I'm optimistic that CrabCake will return, apparently he's working out some IRL issues. So hopefully this need not be applied in this assembly session. And I support Shua's amendment since it reduces the potential for abuse of this provision.
