We have five people who are either jokers or unhealthily ignorant. Smiley

One joker reporting for duty, sir.

Now, assuming that the Republicans who voted Yes are all joking (and considering that everyone on this forum is pretty smart and we're less environmentally friendly than the Democrats, this is likely to be the case)...then, we can conclude:

Republicans can take a joke better than Democrats.

The secret to Democratic Electoral success, therefore, must be:
Stop taking things so damned seriously.

And dubious conclusions from sample sizes of 20 from a non-simple-random-sample must always be trusted.  Obviously.

Or, in my case, Democrats voted (R) Yes hoping that others would too so we'd end up with a rather weird poll result. Wink

Next time, ask the kids about a really sinister compound deuterium monoxide (D2O): plant seeds won't germinate in it; tadpoles die swimming in it; it causes abnormal cell divisions in human beings; it is a prime ingredient in nuclear weapons...

And it contaminates every glass of water that you drink!

I'm personally not a fan of the dextrorotatory carbohydrate C12H22O11. I'm more of a C6H8O7 person. General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson loved C6H8O7 as well. Just a southern reference for States.

Also known as hard water. It is used as a moderator and heat transfer agent. D2O makes it possible to used non-enriched natural uranium. Light water, or everday H2O, absorbs neutrons which is why light water needs enriched uranium.
