I might as well note that yesterday (Nevada caucus / South Carolina primary day) there were over 3400 posts on the forum, which may be an all time record.  (I'm too lazy to go back and figure out if that's ever been matched before.)

Lief will most likely pass Xahar for 8th place at some point within the next two weeks.  Xahar will probably drop out of the top 10 some time within the next 6 months (with Jfern taking his place).  That is, assuming that Xahar continues to post at a very slow pace.  Kal was likewise looking like his days in the top 10 would be numbered for a while, but he’s now back to posting at a very high rate, so he’s not going anywhere any time soon.

In other news, 53,032 posts on the forum so far this month (and it’s only the 27th…still a couple of days to go).  I think that’s our most prolific month ever.  I guess this primary season has inspired quite a bit of activity.

Because we’re in this interregnum period between primaries, overall activity on the forum has slowed down a little these past few days.  Yesterday was our slowest day since January (though as a sign of how much things have picked up since last year, it would have qualified as our second most active day in December).  Anyway, updated leaderboard:
