Yeah, Kal made 10,000 posts in his first 8 months here.  If he’d kept up that rate indefinitely, he’d be well ahead of BRTD by now, and closing in on 100,000 posts.

Lief now posting at a greater rate than Tender.  Obviously, if that continues, Tender will never catch up.

For that matter, Lief's now posting more than anyone else currently in the top 10.  More than 200 posts in the month of November, which is more than BRTD.

Lief's picked up the pace even more.  More than 500 posts in the past month, which means he should catch up to Xahar within the next three weeks.

Still small potatoes compared to Torie though, who has about 800 posts in the last month(!).  Torie's outside the top 10 at the moment, but should crack the top 10 some time this year if he actually keeps this up.

In just a few short years, he stands to surpass the progress that even legends like BRTD and Al have made, which took many, many years to achieve. You guys need to step things up a notch before he snatches your glory away!

Meanwhile, Kal has been posting at an incredibly high rate of late (over 1000 posts in the last month).  Even though he's ~500 posts behind Eraserhead, he could easily catch up within a few weeks if he keeps up his recent pace.

Is he trying to revert back to his early days of constant spamming?  No one reached posting limits as quickly as Kal did.

He needs a girlfriend/boyfriend/whateverfriend.

You're forgetting how long it took Kal to get to 15,000.......not long at all.

Aww, man. That's really disappointing to hear. Those fellas were in every thread, every day. Did Phil's political career end up getting off the ground? I know he was running for schoolboard or the like quite a while ago.

I know that opebo was banned a few years back for some intresting stuff that happened in Thailand. I'm not sure about Phil and Lewis though.

I couldn't be less surprised about opebo. Frankly, I'm kind of surprised it only happened a few years back. He was really quite open about his goings-on in Thailand.

What percent of your posts would you guess dealt with bitching about the Mods? 

I don't know, but since the point system went by the boards, I don't recall any subsequent complaints.  Now that I can't get knicked for 5 points for being inappropriate, it's a good place again.

Well the point system went away so you won't get any.  I probably had 20,000 before it took effect.  Very few deletions (43), for my post count and most I knew would be removed.

Well the point system went away so you won't get any.  I probably had 20,000 before it took effect.  Very few deletions (43), for my post count and most I knew would be removed.

It's still there, sort of. Unless you are a commercial spammer or a sock, you only get 1 point per infracted post. Your posts would end up getting discussed in the mod cave well before there would be any possibility of you racking up enuf points for even a software generated warning, let alone a point-imposed period of being on mod review or being muted.

Sure, there has to be some system in place like that.  But the old system was a disaster, and since it left us, the toxic relationships that existed because of it have died down to nothing now.

Looks like Antonio hasn't posted since election day?  If he doesn't come back within the next month or so, then Eraserhead could retake the #7 spot from him.  Eraserhead isn't posting at a terribly high rate either, but it's only a 48 post deficit at the moment.

You have over 200 posts in the past month.  If you manage to keep that up, and if Antonio never comes back, then you have a chance of making it into the top 10 one day...though probably not until 2018.

When the US General Discussion Board goes south again I won't post as much.  I'm having fun being a deplorable grump over there.

Antonio's return means that the dream of Grumps someday joining the top 10 is pretty much dead.  Lief will probably lose his spot in the top 10 to Jfern some time later this year, but no one else is likely to lose their top 10 spot for at least ~18 months or so, and probably not for more than two years.

Dude, you're the best at mining old posts........my dream is NEVER to enter the top 10.
