Reagan: Led a massive economic recovery, but also tripled the U.S. debt and gave big tax cuts to the rich.

Nixon: Ended the terrible Vietnam War, but also instituted the republican "southern strategy" and (probably) committed crimes punishable by impeachment.

I'll go with Reagan.

Nixon, largely because of domestic policy.

The most corrupt president in American history that got away with it vs. the most subtle, and environmentally reaching sans Carter?

Nixon is the correct answer.

What does charisma have to do with this?

Have to go with Reagan. Nixon was a crook who should not have been elected to anything. Reagan was just a puppet.

I'm sure we've done this before, and Nixon usually wins for being more 'liberal' or whatever.

Nixon was definitely a worse person, but he did less damage than Reagan (at least domestically).

Reagan by any measure. Nixon's entire career was one long, unbroken chain of criminality.

Not the criminal (bracing self for Atlas poster who says, "Which one?").

Iran-Contra means Reagan was either a criminal or a dupe so ignorant of his staff that it would be criminal in and of itself.

Nixon. The fourth best President of the 20th century.

What drugs are you on?  Nixon was arguably worse than Hoover.  He had a super-expansionist monetary policy creating a very nasty recession when Ford started, paved the way for stagflation in the late '70s, was a complete crook, and delayed an end to Vietnam in '68 solely so Humphrey would lose the election.

Nixon was a horrible President and a horrible person.

Reagan is polarizing, but I can see no objective measures in which he's a worse President or person.

Nixon, who at least is partially redeemed by some elements of his domestic record. Both were pretty bad though and fall in the third quartile of presidents as far as I'm concerned.
