I am today announcing my candidacy for the Northeast Assembly.

If returned to the Assembly, It will be my intent to closely examine each bill brought before the Assembly and weigh each bill on its' own merits.

I will be supporting bills that I believe will be for the benefit of the Northeast and its' people.

I will oppose bills that I believe are silly, frivolous, or otherwise not for the good of the Northeast and its' people.

I will not support bills that will be putting an undue and unnecessary fiscal burden on the Northeast and on it's people.

First and foremost, my criteria will be is this bill good for the Northeast and for its' people?

Clearly, not everyone agrees with me, after all, that is the essence of democracy, where we can all have our differences of opinion and freely express our views and where we stand, but you know that I will be there, as an active participant in the affairs of this great region, and as an advocate for our people.

I would be honored to have your support and your votes in this election.

Let us press forward in the work and toil that lies ahead.  It will not always be easy, but being at the service of this region and of our people will always be worth the effort.

Thank you my dear fellow Northeasterners and my dear fellow Atlasians.

What's your view on the recently passed Restoration of the Arts Act?  Would you work to repeal it?

This bill has absolutely nothing to do with education and it has absolutely nothing to do with the arts.

It pokes fun at Mormons and is therefore discriminatory.

These songs are totally disgusting, with 1 exception.

Where is there any time left for educating our students after all these disgusting songs are played?

No person, let alone any child, should ever be subjected to these deplorable songs.

What this Assembly has done is to open the door to countless lawsuits, and I mean thousands and thousands, from angry parents, which will have the effect of bankrupting the education system.

How does garbage like this continue to even make it to the floor of the Assembly?

I see the Northeast Assembly is still obsessed, for some strange reason, with presenting and wasting time with this type of joke legislation.

It deserves to be repealed and thrown on the scrapheap of junk legislation.

The Defending the Arts or whatever bill is possibly the worst legislation that I've ever seen passed in this country. I'm glad that reasonable men like Winfield are running for office who still stand against this sort of offensive nonsense in the future.

I support Winfield because I know he'll fight the incest lovers who wish to legalize kiddy porn and goat banging.

You have my endorsement, dear friend. May the Spirit of The People guide you.

To promote creativity and free speech among our students, each music selection must be the full uncensored version of the original song, and shall not be censored, edited, or otherwise tampered with in anyway.

Any school official found to distribute censored art, shall be subject to no less than a ten-thousand (10,000) dollar fine, and/or 90 days in prison.

In addition to what I have already said about this so called Arts act, I simply must address the above two points, which are quoted from the bill.

If any members of the Northeast Assembly really believe that they can intimidate the Teacher's Union with these tactics of throwing someone in jail for 90 days or by imposing a $10,000,00 fine for expressing their views,  they are sadly mistaken.

The Teacher's Union would have the entire Northeast education system shut down within 24 hours.

I wish to thank all those who have turned out so far to vote, both those who have voted for me and those who have voted for others.

After all, the essence of democracy is casting a free vote for the candidates of our choice.

I urge all who are eligible to get out and cast their ballot if they have not already done so.

May we keep in our minds and hearts the memory of Mr. Aaron Greene who gave his life in valiantly attempting to protect the Census Bureau of Atlasia during the recent attack.  My condolences to his family.
