Their bar graph shows Paul's 10% to be larger than Bush's 10%.  Also, Rubio's 7% is larger than Huckabee's 7%:

It's Gravis. Probably just basic Excel functions. They put the number of votes next to the candidates name and put it over the total and make that go directly into the chart. And they probably use the round function to make the numbers look legit because everyone knows decimals.

I fear that, should Walker at least remain a strong contender for the nomination, if not the eventual nominee, the upcoming campaign cycle will feature a lengthy sequence of "Beam me up, Scotty" jokes in the media.
