So, Dr. Ben Carson supports rape, as long as it occurs during war. Got it.

I'm guessing he didn't take so much as a 200-level international relations course in college.

I see where hes coming from honestly, but who cares what he says, he has no chance at the nomination....should have tried to run for senate or the House not president.

Oh so you support genocide then? That's just a rule of war right

The problem with rules of war is that is it usually only the defeated side that is found to be in violation of them. Acknowledging the impossibility of enforcement of rules of war is a far cry of endorsement of violations of said rules.

As if the other hawks are any better?

Ben Carson actually expressed doubt as to whether the War on Terror was the correct response to 9/11 ten years ago.  I don't understand why he's getting worse on these issues.

It pretty much went downhill after that famous prayer breakfast speech that got conservative praise (though the speech itself imo was pretty good). I'm guessing he's been told what to say by his donors. Not surprising, but disappointing.

Politicians who have never served in the military in active duty should really just STFU about this sort of thing.
