Walmart Giving All Employees a Raise to $10/Hour

This is actually kind of unbelievable. What's the catch?

I keep trying to figure this out.

Either they will cut hours for their current employees or they expect those employees to just turn around and spend that money at Wal-Mart like they've been doing for years.  Either way they get positive press coverage. 

I mean, if my first theory is correct, at least those employees will be spending less time at that dump.

Ugh.  Not enough.  The min. wage should be $15 at the least but all we are going to hear is "praise Money-Jesus the invisible hand has saved us all again!"
