Here's the Canadian version:

Ottawa, ON (4) to Toronto
Edmonton, AB (5) to Calgary
Quebec, QC (11) to Montreal
Surrey, BC (12) to Vancouver
Regina, SK (24) to Saskatoon
Cape Breton, NS (53) to Halifax
Moncton, NB (79) to Saint John

Manitoba and Newfoundland's  second cities didn't make the top 100. PEI's largest city didn't make the top 100 Tongue

Not bad, only one giant suburb in the lot.
