None. I barely talk to anyone from my high school for a reason.

"Senior year" is indeed the normal answer, but I stupidly signed up for way more than I could handle, so I wouldn't say so. Junior year.

I wish we had such interesting yearly titles here, rather than "year seven", "year eight"...Sad

In Canada,  it's Grade 9, 10, 11, 12. These titles are meaningless outside of US cultural references.

I'm a junior now, but probably that because I dread the idea of college apps, and this year has been pretty fun.

Senior definitely, since things were pretty good for me physically, academically, and socially. Junior year was a grind, Sophomore year I just smoked weed and slacked off, and Freshman year was decent but not much else.

Overall, my ranking is the same as Panda Express.

From worst to best:

Senior year: D Well I came out about halfway through the year, it was a very gradual process. I had no direct negative responses, but probably about a third of my friends didn't talk much to me after. (but oh well). I wasn't bullied at all, but I think it was mainly because I did have a "group" of friends of mostly punk rock skaters and other ppl considered me one of them. I often wonder if I didn't see any bullies because.... maybe I was a bully? I do remember throwing a few freshmen in trash cans and whenever it would rain, I would fold my umbrella to make a bowl, and then tip the water on a few unsuspecting people hehe. No in my ghetto high school it was either have an attitude or get beat up, and I wasn't going down! All the homies were nice to me, since I would always help them out with stuff in class, and I would give out m&ms (Ghetto homies are like pigeons when it comes to m&ms). School was actually pretty easy, but it was probably because I didn't do much of the work lol. I came out to one of my best friends when I found out he was gay, but alas... I had waited too long and he was with someone else Sad So I was pretty heartbroken. But today he's quite overweight, hairy and tattooed, so that was a blessing in disguise.

Freshman year: B- This was wayyyyyyyyy back in the year of 1999. Why the Internet was mighty slow in those days Sad It's hard to remember anything significant happening in this year. I remember doing a lot of school work, so I think I was mostly a quiet freshman.

Sophomore year: B+ Also a mostly uneventful year with the exception of.... FRENCH CLASS. Oh sit down kids, for I have many tales to tell. Our French class was taught by Ms. Suleman, who was the real mom of none other than..... THE OCTOMOM!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nadya_Suleman

Let me say that the apple does not fall far from the tree, and the elder Suleman was quite dumb and lazy, a perfect example of tenure gone wrong. Very rarely would she actually speak French dialogue, it was mostly simple French lessons for half of the class and school work for the rest of the class, but the second half was mostly free chat time. It didn't matter how much or how little you did the work, EVERYONE got a B. Every single person. That class was pure chaos.

A few stories:

There was a open fist fight between two homies, and two of the girls got in.

We glued the books together.

We put her chair (and a few other furniture) outside when she wasn't looking.

I personally borrowed a friend's pet mouse and let it loose in the class. Oh the humanity as everyone climbed on their desks.

When we were supposed to watch a French film, my friends and I switched the vhs with a porn video when she wasn't looking and we popped the video in. Pure madness. Everyone was screaming, and she yelled "Oh my god, what is that?!" and then ran to take it out. She laughed about it, but then instead of putting it in the trash, she put it in her desk....

I think one of my friends threw m&ms at her. (that was mean)

Junior year A. 9/11 happened, and EVERYONE was serious. Students even brought the newspaper to class. We had informal discussions and debates. It was just a very serious and calm time. Although there was more classwork, it was actually more interesting so I did more of it. Also, I took FRENCH II with Suleman again, and with half of last year's class it was just as fun. We also did the vhs porn switch AGAIN. But this year we also had Ms. Blackecker, who we nicknamed Ms. Slackecker, who taught government and was possibly the laziest person alive. The first day of class, I didn't notice anything odd, until I realized that I had her for World History back as a freshman. I didn't recognize her because she had that stomach stapling surgery and instead of being morbidly obese, was now very skinny with lots and lots of flab.

All she did was put on movies. That's it. JFK I think we watched three times. Also Rules of Engagement. I honestly think we saw Lilo and Stitch once. She would take so many vacation days off. One time, hehe she was gone for almost a month. During that time, we had slowly emptied out the ENTIRE classroom of everything other than her desk and the student's desks and chairs. She was ever so pissed but still everyone got a B.

Overall in high school there was a mixture of really good (English and P.E.) teachers, really rude (mostly science), and really bad teachers (mostly History and the electives).

I learned so much in English, stuff that I remember to this day and I am always grateful for that. P.E. was very fun unless it was basketball, but I would usually sneak out after they took roll and go get a burger across the street. Psychology and anatomy were two of my most interesting classes.

To make a large assumption, high school students will act relative to how serious the teacher takes the class. It had nothing to do with age or gender, it was all about if the teacher respected the students. We had an older English teacher, probably in his late 60s who took his class seriously and everyone respected him and everyone (even the homies) behaved. No one cared about Slackecker and Suleman and it was pure chaos (but fun).

Junior year narrowly edges out senior year for me.

I had the highest quality courses and teachers junior year; it had the biggest impact on me academically. The IB program is where its at Wink

One of the highlights of my senior year was being in student government. Like most high schools (I assume), it was essentially the popular kids club; though my high school was public, it was in an upscale area, which amplified the general cliquishness of the school. Only the Lord knows how a nerd like me got elected to be with all the 'popular' kids, but it was a great experience.

My senior, though I actually had a pretty good time in high school overall.  Just wish I woulda taken it a little bit more seriously.  Life is better now (it had better be) but I'll have a pang of nostalgia from time to time.

Junior year by the slimmest of margins over senior year.  Junior year is pretty much when our "crew" got together and started getting wasted with random girls every weekend.  My life before that was very wholesome and uneventful.  Junior prom was also pretty awesome.
