Governor’s Memorial

1. A memorial shall be built in the capital of the Mideast, College Park, Maryland to honor our former Governors.
2. No Governor shall be honored in the memorial until after their term of office has ended.
3. If passed on May 20 different designs shall be submitted before the Atlasian citizens for one week. After which the citizens of Atlasia shall vote on the design to be built.

Partially by taxes and then prices can be higher for the first year of the memorial being open.

OK, but I think the design submissions that get put forward should have a total cost figure tacked onto it.  Not literally, though.  No point reminding all the visitors to it how much it cost to build.....

Anyway, formally recognize petition, seven signatures, seven days, etc. etc.
