North Carolina, both historically and today.

Been to both, so I'll go with the one where I'm taking my Spring Break next week. I'll give you a hint, it's the one with the Smoky Mountains on the west end.

SC is okay by the mercy of Charleston and only Charleston, but it just doesn't have Asheville, it doesn't have Mt. Mitchell, and Charlotte feels like a more stand-out city than Columbia.

South Carolina. Don't know why, but always had an affinity for the state.

North Carolina is great though too...

Both seem nice, and I've never been to either.

North Carolina easily.........

It seems like a really cool, diverse state, from the Smoky Mountains to the beaches to Charlotte

I like both, from what I know and have seen about them.

I'll give the tip to South Carolina though, if only for this YouTuber.

South Carolina seems like North Carolina if it were bludgeoned with a baseball bat several times
