I would like to take this opportunity to condemn in the strongest possible manner the recent terrorist attacks in Topeka and elsewhere.  I fully support the actions of President Lumine and his administration in acting quickly in this matter.  Under no circumstances whatsoever should these terrorists be negotiated with.  There are no negotiations.  The only terms there are is surrender.

You know, there are definitely times when negotiation is the right path to follow.  However, when innocent people have been murdered, the perpetrators should be apprehended and brought to trial, and I mean a fair trial.
