I hope Bushie spends the next month seriously getting into shape. And none of this cheat days, oh I'm so good I walked a whole 20 minutes nonsense. Or else he'll quit after the first day, when he is unable to stand up at the counter for more than 5 minutes.

Changing my vote from "under" to "way under", based on Bushie's strategy for preparing for his job being sitting on his butt staring at a screen with his family for 12 hours a day.
