What are you plans, if any, for the Bank of the Midwest?

Representatives, I hope that I am able to answer all of your questions at one time. The position can help those less fortunate in the region. As chair I will be overseeing the Emergency Fund as well as loan programs established by law. My goal is to start setting up a framework to where the Bank could act, within the legal bounds of the bank, to events triggered by the GM. Having a position where we could manage it, will allow for more diversity into the game by creating a role that in a way is between the GM and the legislature. I would like for the bank to start laying out frameworks to provide assistance to the people of Harmony in recovering from the violence that occurred there late last year.
