Probably the most intriguing scenario, an Obama/Akin voter in Missouri?

People who randomly pick names on their ballot. People who thought they voted for McCaskill but accidentally voted for Akin (and vice versa).

The guy who got rejected by McCaskill at prom, way back when.

Or.... a smart alec Democrat who thought keeping Akin as elected official and in the spotlight would advance the Democrat cause

A pro-lifer who agrees with the Democrats on most other issues but couldn't stomach voting for McCaskill  after the entire race turned into an abortion referendum.

If it was an abortion referendum, wouldn't Akin have won? Or at least made it a lot closer.

Because some many abortion opponents thought he was an unqualified idiot and some fraction didn't vote for him because of that.

So I guess the conclusion would be a black "legitimate" rapist!
