Now for something completely different...
New Zealand, UK, Australia, and Canada all have center-right party(ies) forming government.  I wonder which is most moderate (all-round, not just on social policies or economic ones).
This is my first poll, so forgive me if it looks unpolished or amateurish.

Do you mean their contemporary incantations, or throughout their histories? I'd say at present the Nationals of NZ are the most moderate and boring.

The Canadian Tories have the blue Reformites dominating them (and Harper is no softcock liberal like Key), the less said about our Tories the better and the LNP have gone completely off the deep end, trading in the moderate Liberal base of Victoria for the stone-cold nuttiness of Queensland populism.

They're all anti-worker, so none of them are remotely 'moderate' in any sense

Key is a moderate, yes. But the lunatics are still lurking beneath the surface and will doubtless try to take over again when he leaves.

This is about their policies in government.  So I guess that's why the NZ Nats have won every vote so far.
Should we exclude them?

Up to you, of course. But this is a question that has an objectively correct answer, so if you want a big pro et con debate weighing different criteria against each other you should eliminate them.

But who knows what the answer will be in ten years. It isn't long ago that the answer certainly wouldn't have been the National Party...

NZ > UK > Canada > Australia in terms of moderatism
Canadian tories are to the left on immigration, and to the right of UK tories on most other issues.
