I like him alot, but O'Malley is throwing away a big opportunity. He must be farther into a presidential bid than we thought.

I really do hope Van Hollen doesn't run. I want him to be Speaker or Majority Leader. Not a junior Senator.

Bit harsh. Probably better to call him Sarbanes Jr., too.

But this is a lot more sure of a bet than the 2002 race was, and she'd actually be a good Senator.

Baltimore Attorney Susan L. Burke is also considering a run for Senate. She's built a name for herself for her work on how the military handles sexual assault allegations.

If even half of these people run, it's going to be a very crowded primary to say the least.

Now, the Leader Reid is out the way, Edwards will have momentum in building her profile in running for Senate. Best wishes to her
This makes no sense.

I guess he means that somehow Reid was opposing Edwards? But Reid is still going to be involved in the 2016 Senate elections anyway.

I wonder what his angle is? Maybe he runs as "in between" Edwards and Van Hollen?
