I already posted, but I was at an event last night on the Hill and Garret Graves stopped by. He recognized me from last time and came up to shake my hand. I was impressed.

Probably the worst since 1945 in my opinion. Clark is the best, Diefenbaker is a mixed bad, Campbell wasn't a good PM, but is a good person, and Mulroney was mostly terrible, but not as bad as Harper.

In the US, Governor Tom Wolf.

I did shake hands though with Former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama when he was in the U.S. in 2013.

Rick Scott, Charlie Crist, and Gary Johnson - not sure which of the three would be considered highest-ranking.

That is pretty sweet.

Currentformer Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi.

Bohner is the legitimate speaker. Sorry Lief.

Highest Republican: Governor Mike Pence (while he was still a congressmen) I've met and shook hands with several Indiana current and former congressmen and former Senator Lugar.

Highest Dem would be Mayor Greg Goodnight (soon to be former mayor cause he annexed a couple GOP precincts too many)

Yeah, it's a rather convoluted story about how I was able to do so, but he's a really nice guy and speaks great English.

Joe Biden for me. I've been at the same venue with Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama, and was almost close enough to shake hands with Bill Clinton once, but none of those three count for this.

I have met three current U.S. Senators-Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Mark Kirk (R-IL), and Kelly Ayotte (R-NH). Since Sessions has seniority, I suppose he would be the highest-ranking. The other two I met in Washington just hours after they were sworn in. That same night, I met former Sen.Rick Santorum (R-PA).

I have almost met my current governor, Robert Bentley, but the last time would've been right before he was elected, so I guess that doesn't count. When I lived in Louisiana, I was in a dentist waiting room with then-Gov.Mike Foster (R), but I didn't bother chatting him up.

Met a couple of State MP's, nearly shook hands with Anna Bligh when she was Premier.

My cousin on the other hand has had a conversation with Julia Gillard.
