Your amendment is friendly.

However, if the bill's sponsor declares an amendment you propose hostile, it must be voted on to be adopted. For example, if I object to Winfield's amendment to change the age of consent to 18, and, say, him, you, and Pikachu supported it, it gets adopted anyway. But since I declared your amendment friendly, you're good.
