If only the chamber was this discerning about the less obviously, but still just as, problematic legislation that has come before it over the years.

If you want accountability then there is a way to pursue that, but revoking charters could be disruptive to long established businesses who employ a lot of people. I am generally not a fan of tabling legislation, preferring instead the final vote, but either way I am glad this legislation is being defeated.
