Speaker: Nancy Pelosi
Majority Leader: Stephen Lynch

^ He's done a good job promoting the Progressive Caucus, IMO. Between those three, you have almost all the party's facets represented in leadership.

I'm really not getting the Stephen Lynch love here.... he'd be an awful majority leader. Not quite Lipinski levels of bad--but close. If we want an ethnic white guy, there are much better choices: Joe Crowley (D-NY); Tim Ryan (D-OH)*; Mike Quigley (D-IL); any of the other Massachusetts Dems!

I do like the choice of Diana DeGette, however. And, of course, we agree on Patty Murray.

*Accidentally said Paul Ryan initially.

Speaker of the House - Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) (or Becerra once Pelosi retires)
Majority Leader - Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL)

I really think she's burned so many bridges with Obama as a flawed DNC chair that her days in party leadership are numbered. Plus various grassroots folks like those on dailykos just can't stand her.

I don't think she has the political skills to make it to this position, let alone to be a successful Majority leader.
