So here's the new round.  [Hopefully this round there will be a more unanimous agreement or a tie breaker]

Two days until the next round. Fire away:


Vienna, Austria vs Madrid, Spain
Berlin, Germany vs  Ljubljana, Slovenia
Athens, Greece vs. Rome, Italy vs Riga, Latvia**

**Odd one, and since Athens and Rome have similar climates and cultures, Riga makes for a good contrast.

Where was it supposed to go alphabetically anyway? It won by a large margin last round! And as you can see, the Western Europhilia is winning out over climate anyway.
