This is unexpected.  Little and Sanders consider dropping out.  But we'll know whether they do or not within the next day or so.

Out of interest, will there be one of these primaries for all 50 states?

Mitchell's speech on tonight's primary:  "Thank you voters for voting for me and making me win a primary after days of just entering the race. I want to thank all the other 3 candidates for challenging me here in Vermont.  Thanks again everyone and let's go win some more primaries."

Saye said: "Well, I came in tie for second and that's ok. I want to congratulate Senator Mitchell on his win tonight. He did a great job."

Sanders: "Well voters we haven't won a primary yet but we're doing good and we're still in it."

Little: "Congratulations Senator Mitchell.  My campaign isn't finished yet.  I have a mission to accomplish by having people get to know who I am and my views on the issues."
