I've been where Heidi Cruz was that night. I've had those feelings of emptiness and desperation drive me to a breaking point. In my case, no police got involved and I was sitting on the beach in the middle of the night, looking up at the stars and listening to the tide come in off the Gulf of Mexico. I'm not going to judge Heidi Cruz for that.
