Senator Paul is being justly reprimanded for his disrespect towards Dear Leader Chairman Bibi. Senator Paul's lack of enthusiasm at the Dear Leader's appearance proves he is insufficiently committed to the ideals of the Party and of the revolution. He is guilty of incorrect revisionist thought and is advised to take leave so that he may privately study the teachings of the Dear Leader and return to his post only after he has sufficiently reeducated himself.
