A tad genocidal and insane, but FF on balance.

I didn't expect to convince you, and I obviously don't know you enough to be of more help. I should feel sickened by your worldview - especially for the good people around you that you're probably making miserable - but that probably wouldn't be fair if I'm right and you are afflicted by this condition. All I can do is hope that someone around you will realize that something is deeply wrong with your mind and alert the competent people.

Believe it or not I don't make the people around me "miserable". I care deeply for the people close to me and would do anything for them.

And it's not like I go around advertising this to people. Most people I know aren't remotely aware of my more extreme views.

Wow, I forgot this song existed. I remember really liking it back in 9th grade. That nostalgia.

I'm a big fan of the big guy.  He likes cool stuff.  I'd like to bang his wife.  Great taste in music and film.  Pretty good politics (as much as that matters....which isn't much).  A funny, good (enough) looking, solid guy.  Humble too!  Probably the most humble man to ever live.

A fairly decent guy. Genuinely kind hearted. A bit over passionate but better than being 'meh' about everything. Has an nice husband that makes him a better person. While once technologically savvy appears stuck in 2002 and is now a luddite (makes maps with Paint FFS). Walks like a new born giraffe and can't see a few feet in front of himself without glasses. Well endowed. Can't eat anything with mushrooms in it. Hardly listens to any music made before 1998 unless it's playing at the gym. On balance, possibly unbalanced FF.

I like myself. (Not a self-hating liberal weenie or racked up with Christian guilt about being human)

Currently mild HP, attempting to be mild FF.

This is probably accurate to myself, and to self-aware humans in general.

I'm self ambivalent, which strikes me as the most healthy attitude that you can have. I know that i've been an asshole at times in the past and there are people who are turned off by me. At the same time I keep trying, and trying my hardest to live a life that's consistent with my personal values.

Recovering HP. I used to hate the world and everybody in it, and for anyone that has been here since at least 2009, it showed big time.

Cory is empirically wrong. Being trusting is an asset to people. And you probably should seek help to sort yourself out.

As for the poll, I'm no beacon of morality, but I overall like myself well enough. One of my main flaws is probably not being very forgiving to those who do wrong, but at least I never put my gun on no citizen. Tongue

I keep my privileges in mind, donate to charity and I've done a fair bit of volunteer work to help those less fortunate. I've done a lot less than I probably should but still more than most people so I'll give myself an FF vote in spite of the many flaws I have.

I will also note that there is something a bit...weird with not granting oneself an FF vote. If you genuinely think you're a bad person you should probably change.

What if my main flaw is precisely a strong tendency toward inertia? Tongue

(BTW, I still not voted in the poll - I genuinely can't imagine calling myself a FF or a HP)

Wonders why he returned here. Not because he's "too good" for Atlas Forum, but because his mental faculties are failing and are reflected in the declining quality of his posts.

It's sad that only now I realize that, as an adult man, the only really important things in life are the quality of your work and the level of responsibility you can handle without cracking. I've done things only to the best of my satisfaction, and that's clearly not good enough.

Lol, well, I guess... Tongue

I just mean that there is a difference in being flawed and imperfect and being an "HP". I was going to make a point here but I think it's best not to, when I think about it. So this will have to remain a bit vague.

There's also a difference between being a decent human being and being a "Freedom Fighter". Forum memes are good enough to judge politicians and people you only know through the internet, but it's a bit more complicated when you're trying to look at yourself.

Depends on my alcohol consumption. Right now I think I suck, but after a half a bottle I think I'm swagged out like Mickey Rourke.

Put me under this column, too. Wink

A hideous hermaphroditical character with neither the force and firmness of a man nor the gentleness and sensibility of a woman.

Aww, that makes me want to hug you. :/

[As for me, short of my height - pun intended - I'm pretty alright. This is mostly thanks to the fact that my parents are caring and sincerely good persons.]

Edit: I'm also a procrastinator extraordinaire, which is proven by the fact I'm currently editing this message instead of sleeping, even though I'm exhausted. God damnit. That makes me a lean HP.
