I used a cheat meal and went for a late lunch/early supper at Braum's.

This means I have to eat inside tomorrow and Saturday as I used the first cheat meal on Monday.

But you have yet to explain how you're going to do that.  You are like Congressional Republicans, with their imaginary "health care reform alternative" to Obamacare.  If you haven't even presented a plan of your own (much less put it into action), then why should we put any stock in it?

I haven't figured out a plan, yet, but the problem is I don't have any healthy food in my house at the moment.

Now that you're about to actually go to the grocery store to buy some food, have you thought of a plan yet?  Something that's different from the "diet rules" you've been following for the past month?
