Bushie, weren't you proudly taking a multivitamin that wasn't prescription strength? What happened to that?

It's like literally any little thing that could improve his health he simply will not do.  Bewildering.

I've been taking them, but my doctor said I needed to take them with a full stomach, otherwise they just pass through.  I've just been taking them with my morning medicine regardless of whether I've had food or not.

So Morning Nachos then?

Pizza in the morning

Pizza in the evening

Pizza at suppertime

When pizza's on a bagel

You can eat pizza anytime

We are going to meet for supper at 1900 this evening in Broken Arrow, so I am going to leave here at 1835 to get gas and then head over to the restaurant.  I should be home by 2100 or shortly thereafter and plan to be in bed by 2200 or 2230.  Even though I have nowhere to go in the morning, I want to stay in the habit of getting up super early so Thursday morning won't come as big of a shock.  I will go to bed tomorrow night by 2000 or 2030.  As of 1800, I have 19 1/2 hours until Work Night 5 and 35 hours until Work Day 5.

The chicken actually sounds appealing tonight.  I might just do that.

Go with a salad and customize it if you have to.  It's a sit-down and they will gladly add what you want/subtract what you don't.

He's got the prescription strength multivitamin from the Doc', man. He doesn't need any of that gross green stuff on his plate.

I'm reminded of angus's epic review of BWW from a few months ago. That was a classic!

I'm home from B-dubs.  I did have the grilled chicken burger with lettuce, a pickle spear, and cheddar cheese.  It was decent.  I think the beef burger tastes better, but then again, that's how I've trained by taste buds.  The fellowship and camaraderie with my church buddies was what I really went for.  I will be going to bed in the next few minutes and set my alarm for 0500 or 0530.  I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow, so I can stay home and rest and get ready for a very early bed time and a painfully early alarm clock on Thursday.  I have to be in bed by 2000 just to get 7 hours sleep before my alarm goes off at 0300.  The good news is I should be home by 1350 Thursday afternoon.

I actually believe this to be backed by a lot of data. The risks of mild overweight are way overblown. Bushie is a totally different case though.

Good Wednesday Morning!  I decided to sleep in, so I slept until 0730.  I'm not going to do a whole lot today, mainly opting for staying in and watching the severe thunderstorms roll by later today.  I'll be going to bed around 2000 or 2030 tonight to get ready for tomorrow.

Probably not.  I'm going to save my feet for the 8 hour shift tomorrow.

Have you ever considered getting an Ergotron?

Pure BS.  Not standing at all will only make your muscles stiffer and make tomorrow's shift harder.

If anything, you should stand as if you were working.....you need the exercise!

Also, Bushie, start drinking V8 V-Fusions.  You really need the fruits and veggies, and you'll probably find the taste tolerable.

Bushie was on the V8 fusions years ago and Inks lectured him for spending money when plain tap water is (nearly) free.

I guess he may as well drink V8 drinks, but they're full of sugar too. I guess it has vitamins in it though, so it's better to drink sugar with vitamins instead of just sugar syrup.

That's the point.  They're sugary enough so Bushie will drink him, but he'll get the vitamins/minerals his body desperately lacks.

Why can't he just eat fruit? Fruit at [redacted] sounds dirt cheap plus he has a discount card. And it will be right there for the taking around lunch time. He should be stuff his face with fresh fruit all day long.
