I made it back home to Tulsa a little over an hour ago.  I am just going to sit back and relax for most of the evening and watch the NCAA Tourney Selection Sunday special on CBS and ESPN/ESPN2.  I will go to bed just after the news about 2225.

Since it doesn't look like you'll be doing any standing tonight, will you use your standing gear at work?

Work Night 2 is officially 8 hours away at 2230.  It starts at 2230 tonight because that is 24 hours before my shift ends tomorrow night.  So, 8 hours until Work Night 2 and 26 1/2 hours until I begin Day 2 - my first day of training at 1700.

I'm confused - why is this Work Day 1 if you haven't gotten trained yet?

Again, it is an absolute fact that if I regulate what I eat, I WILL lose weight by standing for 5-8 hours a day.  I may not lose weight in buckets, but it will happen over time.

I am optimistic.  I know my strengths and abilities.  I know my resolve and my determination.  Those factors make me optimistic.

Guys, there is no way on God's green earth that Inks is better than me.  No one on this forum is better than me.  Absolutely, NOTHING and NO ONE.  I am not an idiot.  I am an extremely intelligent man.  I act 32 years old most of the time and if I don't, I act older.  My food choices are not childish.  None of my choices as an adult are childish.  I resent so strongly being insulted in that way.  I ask that you never call me a child again or any of my choices childish.

Put this in the dumb Bushie file:

I had crackers and cheese for a little snack earlier using the sliced cheese singles that I bought last fall, but never threw away.  My stomach is cramping up big time right now so I got to looking at the expiration date and it said November 2, 2014!!! Almost 4 months!!!  Needless to say the rest of the cheese is going in the trash tomorrow when I can take it to the dumpster...

Nah Indy, a cheat meal is only when he eats out you see. Calories don't matter since preparing the meal with his own hands while standing, burns off all the calories of the food.

"I have decided to use my second cheat meal of the week on Buffalo Wild Wings, which puts us at Diet Week 7, Cheat Meal 2.  Tomorrow, I will try to behave and just have a couple hot dogs."

Just another example of how Bushie has moved the goal posts to the point where not going to Braum's counts as dieting and standing up counts as exercise.

Indeed. I'm not wishing Bushie failure by any metric, but there needs to be perspective here.

Standing up for 8 hours would be tough, but that would be far more preferable to a call center.  I am staying far away from call centers.  I will only look at a call center when every other lead has been exhausted with no fruit.
